Fathers for Equal Rights

Mothers, fathers, and parents working to protect every child's right to a meaningful relationship with both parents.

Fathers for Equal Rights is a nonprofit organization helping families across Texas and every U.S. state. We are also known online as Fathers4Kids and Fathers 4 Kids.

Our Mission

We provide education, resources, and practical support for mothers and fathers navigating family-law and co-parenting challenges. Our work is centered on the welfare of children and the importance of both parents remaining involved in their lives.

You do not have to face this alone.
